The 26th International HPH Conference will take place in Bologna, Italy. The Italian regional HPH network Emilia-Romagna gladly offered to host the conference which is scheduled for June 6-8, 2018. Please don’t forget to save this date!

The Scientific Committee has already started to draft the conference program under the working title “Health promotion strategies to achieve change: evidence-based policies and practices”. Thereby, the conference aims to reflect upon the evidence for health promotion in hospitals and other health services. In particular, it aims at tackling effective policy measures, co-producing care, health promotion in strategic clinical networks, people-centered health care as well as strengthening primary care services, prevention and health promotion.

科學委員會已著手以「實現改變之健康促進策略：以實證為基礎之政策與實務」為主題研擬研討會議程。因此，此研討會致力於反映醫院與其他健康服務機構之健康促進實證。尤其致力於有效的政策措施、共同照護、策略臨床網絡之健康促進、以人為中心之健康照護、強化初級保健服務、預防及健康促進。
